Toyota Rental Agent (Part Time)

Position Overview

• Provide outstanding service to our customers and other company departments
• Rent out vehicles and manage returns using custom software
• Ensure rental agreement is completed effectively
• Balance vehicle utilization across fleet
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

Schedule is: Thursday 12 pm-6 pm, Friday 7am to 6 pm, and Saturdays 7 am to 4 pm.

Rental Associates must be able to:

• Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Remain flexible and willing to perform additional duties as needed
• Manage time and details in a sometimes hectic environment
• Process administrative tasks using a PC and paper filing systems
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
• Park cars safely in tight spaces

• Describe the operation of modern Toyota vehicles to customers
• Comply with company dress code and grooming requirements
• Comply with required health and safety regulations
• Adherence to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations
