Travel EMS Educator

We are seeking experienced EMS Educators to join our travel team. This role involves teaching EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic-level courses, facilitating simulation-based training, and assisting with continuing education programs for client partners. Assignments will vary in scope and length, and housing and travel stipends are provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS education, a passion for teaching, and the flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver lectures and facilitate lab sessions for EMS education programs (EMT, AEMT, Paramedic). 
• Instruct and evaluate students using simulation-based education tools and high-fidelity simulation labs. 
• Provide continuing education (CEU) training, including ACLS, PALS, and other specialty courses. 
• Travel to EMS agencies, hospitals, and training sites to deliver instruction. 
• Maintain accurate training records, evaluations, and compliance with client and state requirements. 
• Collaborate with client leadership and Med Ops Staffing to ensure program goals are met. 
• Represent Med Ops Staffing with professionalism and integrity. 

Qualifications 

• Current Paramedic license (National Registry and/or EMS Compact eligible strongly preferred). 
• Minimum 3 years of EMS field experience. 
• Documented EMS education experience (e.g., classroom instructor, FTO, training officer). 
• AHA Instructor certifications preferred (BLS, ACLS, PALS). 
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability and willingness to travel for multi-day training assignments.
