Triage Nurse - LPN/RN

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Triage Nurse to join Kettman Family Medicine. As a Triage Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs over the phone or in person and determining the appropriate course of action. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs over the phone or in person and determine the appropriate course of action

- Provide patient education and support

- Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

- Document patient information accurately and efficiently

- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy

- Assist with other clinical duties as needed

Requirements

- Active nursing license in good standing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
