The Position:

Provide safe transportation of Resort guest and team members from the parking lots of the gaming center, hotel and other areas to locations on and off Resort property. Greets guests and provides exemplary customer service for the Resort. 

• Greet and welcome guest entering the Trolly to provide cordial guest services and encourage repeat business. 
• Provides convenient transportation to resort guest and team members by driving a Trolly safely from the parking lots to the Main entrance or other areas on and off property. 
• Provide transportation for guests from off property locations and cities. 
• Assists the guest that need additional help with their luggage and the boarding on/off the Trolly in a friendly manner. 
• Cleans the assigned Trolly a minimum of once per shift (more often if needed) and maintains the overall appearance of the Trolly in accordance with Resort standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred. 
• 1 year of experience in driving vans or light trucks required. 
• Ability to gain and maintain an Oregon CDL endorsement
• Ability to gain and maintain an Oregon Passenger Class A License endorsement and the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program. 
• Must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions. 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks. 
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. 
• Must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License. 
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
