Ackerman SFC TRX Instructor

Ackerman SFC is a vibrant and community-focused fitness center committed to promoting health and wellness. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and skilled individuals to join our team as Group Fitness Instructors. With state-of-the-art facilities, diverse fitness programs, and a team of dedicated professionals, we strive to provide an atmosphere that motivates individuals to achieve their fitness goals. 

We are currently seeking dynamic and certified Group Fitness Instructors to enhance our team. The ideal candidates will not only possess the necessary certifications and expertise, but also have excellent communication and motivational skills. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Ackerman SFC, you will lead engaging classes that cater to a diverse audience, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group fitness classes following the provided schedule and guidelines.


• Create and deliver dynamic and challenging workouts suitable for participants of various fitness levels.


• Provide clear instructions, modifications, and encouragement to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience.


• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.


• Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Appropriate group fitness related certification.


• CPR and AED certification. 


• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and fitness principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for participants.


• Specialized certifications preferred (Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, TRX, etc)


• Previous experience instructing group fitness classes.


• Knowledge of proper equipment usage and safety protocols.
