What you'll do...

Stand-by Officers will support our Project & Regional Managers who are charged with ensuring TCS is committed to going the extra mile to provide the ultimate security services our clients seek and deserve. Giving assurance and peace of mind to our clients and ensuring the ultimate safety of our clients against unexpected, malicious, liability, and losses are our top priorities. Our mission also encompasses hiring highly skilled staff and leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver at the highest levels. Protect our premises, assets, and personnel, maintains a high visibility presence, and prevents illegal or inappropriate actions. Stand-by officers must be able to cover a variety of shifts due to call-offs, openings or scheduled time off. Travel required: This position will require travel. Training is provided

Day to day you’ll …

• Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations and directives for the viability of the site and the safety of personnel, equipment and sensitive information.
• Standby officers must be trainable for security officer policies and protocols for multiple clientele sites.
• Perform security patrols of designated areas by foot or vehicle.
• Respond to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services based upon situation.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the team...

• Stand-by officers must agree to an initial and recurring criminal background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record,
• Stand-by officers must submit and pass an initial and recurring drug test(s).

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
