Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity
- Conduct fixed post, mobile, and foot patrols of the property and surrounding areas
- Monitor pedestrian and vehicle access points and enforce site-specific protocols
- Respond to incidents involving trespassing, loitering, or policy violations
- Accurately document and report incidents, suspicious behavior, and safety hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate
- Conduct routine safety checks and provide ongoing assessments of site vulnerabilities
- Perform traffic control and assist with access management as needed
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations, including emergencies
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Complete other duties or special assignments as directed by site leadership

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Ability to walk, stand, or patrol for extended periods and work overnight shifts
- Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear and detailed reports
- Must pass a background check and any applicable licensing requirements
$20 - $20 an hour
