Unit Clerk (Part-time)

Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a PT Unit Clerk for its Fountain Hill location!

Looking for a rewarding administrative role where your work directly supports residents and the nursing team? Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab is looking for a dependable and organized Unit Clerk to join our team!

As a Unit Clerk, you'll provide important clerical support on the nursing unit and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Details:

  Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

  Hours: 20 hours per week

  
  


• 
  

  Pay Rate: $21.85/hour

  
  


• 
  

  Benefits: This position is not benefit eligible 1,000/hour year positon

  
  

What You'll Do:

• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident records


• Enter and maintain information in computer systems


• Answer phones and assist residents, families, and staff


• Prepare forms, lab slips, and other documentation


• Schedule resident appointments and routine testing


• Maintain nursing station supplies and organization


• Assist with resident needs, including transporting and feeding as needed


• Transcribe physician orders under nursing supervision


• Work closely with nursing, medical, and administrative staff

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Clerical/office experience preferred


• Medical terminology experience is a plus


• Strong organization and attention to detail


• Comfortable using computers and office equipment


• Professional communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
