Description of the role:

URGENT NEED - CNA / Caregiver - Bluffton, Okatie, Beaufort, and Hilton Head Island Areas

BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living to improve the quality of life for our clients in the Bluffton, Okatie, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Monitor and record vital signs when needed


• Assist with mobility and transfers


• Assist with medication reminders


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Transportation to and from appts, grocery store, etc

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


• 1 Year documented experience as a caregiver in a Nursing Home or Accredited Home Health Agency


• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions


• Reliable transportation
