Position Summary: Part time Receptionist for Evenings, Weekends and Holidays

Essential Job Functions: 

• 
  Greeting patients


• 
  Checking patients in and out


• 
  Collecting Co-pay and payments


• 
  Scheduling appointments


• 
  Reconciles daily cash reports

Qualifications: 

• 
  Telephone etiquette and computer skills


• 
  Team player


• 
  Friendly and great customer service skills


• 
  Must have a high school diploma and one-year plus experience in customer service.


• 
  Being able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.

Hours: 

• 
  This part-time position is evenings 5pm-8pm, weekends and Holidays.


• 
  Shifts will vary.


• 
  Must have evening and weekend availability.


• 
  The Provo Urgent Care Clinic is open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.
