As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to join us.

We are urgently hiring for a caregiver to assist a client in Missouri City, TX (77459).

Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Missouri City, TX 77459)
Schedule: Short shifts, Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Type of Care: One-on-One care 
Special Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish) caregivers strongly preferred
Driving Requirement: Must be able to drive the client (valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required)

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care

  
  


• Offer one-on-one full care assistance, ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times


• 
  

  Drive the client to appointments, errands, and outings as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean, healthy environment

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best quality of care

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Prior experience working as a caregiver

  
  


• Bilingual (Spanish) required


• 
  

  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a background check and reference check

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients

  
  


• 
  

  Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed
