What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
- Conducted patient assessments and developed personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Nevada.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Home health or similar experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player focused on patient care.
