Are you a compassionate Caregiver, PCA, or Home Health Aide looking for a flexible job where you can truly make a difference?

We are hiring caregivers in Palmyra and the surrounding areas to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors who want to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Many of our clients live throughout Fluvanna County and nearby communities, so caregivers must be comfortable traveling up to 30 minutes to a client’s home.

Available Shifts

• Morning shifts


• Afternoon shifts


• Weekend opportunities


• Short shifts and longer shifts available


• 20+ hours per week possible

What You’ll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care


• Provide companionship and conversation


• Prepare light meals and help with housekeeping


• Support mobility and safe transfers


• Assist seniors living with dementia or chronic conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance


• Smartphone with GPS for directions and communication


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen


• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to client homes
