🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and engage children ages 5–12


• Lead fun, structured activities (indoor & outdoor)


• Support homework and enrichment activities


• Maintain classroom structure, safety, and ratios


• Communicate clearly with families and leadership


• Model positive behavior and strong leadership

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual (this is critical)


• Experience working with school-age children preferred


• Ability to manage group behavior calmly and confidently


• Positive attitude and team mindset


• Willingness to step in and help where needed

🎓 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to meet DECAL requirements for School Age care


• Prior childcare or school-age experience strongly preferred


• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
