Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of guest items such as, but not limited to luggage, packages, amenities and sundries in a timely manner.
• Maintain lobby presence when note tending to guests.
• Assist with transportation requests.
• Valet guest vehicles appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

 Essential Requirements

• Must have excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Flexibility is necessary for this position, including the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior hotel or valet experience is preferred.
