QualDerm Partners is looking for a hardworking and flexible Variable Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team at our clinic. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of patients for exams by taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
• Support physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and readiness of all necessary supplies.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and assist with specimen handling for analysis.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, as well as manage office communications.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure medical spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked with required supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or medical office setting as a Medical Assistant is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and practices, particularly in dermatology, is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for patient interactions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in a busy healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and general office software is preferred.
