Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State’s division of retail and
hospitality organizations - NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Dining and Catering employees earn free meals and are eligible for an end-of-semester bonus.
Purpose: The primary purpose of t his position will be to promote veganism, vegetarianism, and special cultural diets on campus and throughout NC State Dining. Emphasis will be placed on educating about the benefits of special diets on human health and environmental sustainability. This role serves as a year-long (August 13, 2025 - May 9, 2026), 1-credit/semester internship experience offered by NC State Dining as part of NTR-492: Professional Internship Experience in Nutrition Science.
Compensation: $10.75 (Tier 2)
