WA Part Time Evening Dispatcher

About the role

• The Dispatch / Scheduler will coordinate daily workflow coverage activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support for the company to achieve its goals. Hours will vary between Monday - Friday, 2-7:30pm.

What you'll do

• Frontline scheduling, phone, and email support
• Frontline scheduling jobs into the system (ie: Salesforce and Google systems)
• Frontline position/job dispatching fulfillment, including emergency and callouts
• Complete office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Assist teammates with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Maintain records, and documentation, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files
• Ongoing Support of daily operations via dispatching, field work, and other duties as necessary
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and request support when appropriate
• Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Have basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
• Be proficient with Google Office Suite or related software
• Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen (tests for legal and illegal substances) and must be able to comply with our drug and alcohol free workplace.
