What You'll Do
- Master the Flow of Freight: Keep the warehouse, backroom, and drop zones running like clockwork by tracking inventory, organizing storage, and coordinating seasonal shipments with receiving and off-site teams. Will be responsible for driving to and from our warehouse to help track and coordinate inventory.
- Be the Backstage Backbone: Drive seamless store operations through smart scheduling, equipment mastery, and clear communication when moving product and fixtures across departments.
- Deliver Hands-On Customer Support: Step up to assist customers and sales associates with retrieving, loading, and setting up products, ensuring an exceptional experience from warehouse to retail floor.
- Adapt, Support & Lead by Example: Keep workspaces and grounds pristine—from snow removal to routine maintenance—and jump in wherever needed as a reliable team player (covering deliveries, builds, or merchandising).

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.
- Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
*Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
- The Shift: 3 days a week in the morning (hours range from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Weekends: Occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $16.00/HR.
