Warehouse Shift Supervisor - Fulfillment Center (Full-time and Part-time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our team. This important role supports the Warehouse Manager by supervising day-to-day shift operations, ensuring team productivity, safety, and accuracy in order fulfillment.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be directly responsible for guiding a team of packers, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that performance and quality standards are consistently met. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance people management with operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift activities to ensure orders are packed, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to packers to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Assist with training new team members and reinforcing warehouse best practices.
• Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety standards during shifts.
• Report operational issues or bottlenecks to the Warehouse Manager and suggest improvements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes, including order fulfillment and inventory handling.
• Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take a hands-on role while leading by example.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
