Warranty Administrator

Job Overview

Fuller Ford is one of the largest and most reputable Service Departments in the area!  We have been around since 1965 and are hiring for a Warranty Administrator.  We are seeking someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and has great follow-through to be a part of our Service Team.  The Warranty Administrator maintains daily warranty reconciliation, while continually correcting and appealing of claims that have issues that are under review. 

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner.


• Analyze warranty documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.


• Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.


• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.


• Provide support during audits related to warranty processes and documentation.


• Stay updated on product knowledge, warranty policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive warranty or service is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management systems.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
