Description of the role:

The position of Weekend LPN at University Home Care is a crucial role within our organization. As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes during the weekends. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes during the weekends


• Administer medications and treatments


• Monitor and record patients' conditions


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan


• Previous experience as an Home Care LPN preferred


• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
