Job Title: In-Home PTA – Weekend Only Care Provider

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays per diem

Compensation: $42 - $46 per visit

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out prescribed PT exercises
  
• Monitor and report patient progress
  
• Educate patients and families on mobility practices
  

Qualifications:

• MN-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
  
• Availability for Saturday/Sunday visits
  
• Ability to travel between clients
