Weekend RN Supervisor – Sign-On Bonus

Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our weekend team.

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Shifts: 7a–7p, 7p–7a, or 16-hour doubles (if preferred)
Pay: $50.00 to $60.00

Role Overview

The RN Supervisor provides leadership to nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and supports residents and families. This position is hands-on, combining clinical expertise with staff management.

Responsibilities

  Oversee and assign nursing staff.

  Promote a compassionate, supportive care environment.

  Ensure compliance with safety and medication protocols.

  Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

  Foster teamwork and communication among staff.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current NYS RN license

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of nursing experience

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year in a supervisory role (preferred)
