Wellness Associate

Classification: Non -Exempt

Reports to: Store Director

Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado - 100% In -Person

Salary Range: $16 -$18

Wellness Associate Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance
  

• Support retail sales efforts and promote store wellness offerings
  

• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
  

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  

• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
  

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
  

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  

• Support opening and closing store procedures
  

• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  

• Perform other duties as assigned

This position requires many types of movement and the handling of merchandise and store materials. The employee must be able to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, bend, reach, and lift items as needed.

Scheduling may vary based on business needs. Weekend availability is required.
