About the Role
Do you have a passion for health and wellness and love helping others feel their best? At Restore, we empower people to do more of what they love through cutting-edge wellness services—and we’re looking for proactive, growth-minded individuals who thrive in a team environment to join us.

As a Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of our studio, providing exceptional service, educating clients, and driving sales of memberships and service packs to support their wellness goals- with also having the opportunity for commission.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide clients through their wellness journey

Answer calls, return voicemails, and manage appointment scheduling

Onboard new clients: complete waivers, set up profiles, and explain services

Lead studio tours and confidently sell memberships and service packages

Educate clients on service benefits, protocols, and follow-up care

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures

Embody Restore’s values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

A positive, self-starter with a strong growth mindset

Sales-minded with a genuine desire to help others

At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably retail or wellness)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable working weekends and in a fast-paced setting

Background or interest in kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
