West Seattle Barista (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join the team! This role will have about 3 - 4 shifts per week, depending on business needs and must be available to work any shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What we are looking for someone who can:

• Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
