Job Summary

The technician is the backbone of our business as they perform the work our clients require in their homes and businesses. Technicians perform window cleaning and pressure washing as well as interior speciality glass cleaning to help our client enhance the value of their property.

Responsibilities

Washing windows (to height of 5 stories) using a variety of techniques, dependent on the project

Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment

Following all safety procedures and guidelines

Keeping accurate records of all cleaning activities and daily time sheets

Communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided

Communicating with leadership to provide input on project details, client communications, payments made via check, etc

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Knowledge of window washing, pressure and power washing techniques, equipment and cleaning solutions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, excellent physical health with good hand-eye coordination

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team

Must be able to work flexible hours

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred

Bi-lingual English / Spanish is preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
