Fish Window Cleaning is looking for part time Window Cleaning Associates in Arcadia.

Stay Grounded, Stay Safe: We clean windows on buildings three stories or less—no high rises here! Most work is done from the ground or on ladders.

Job Schedule: Hours are usually Monday - Thursday, with start times fluctuating between 6:30am - 8am (flexibility is required).
Initial hours will range from 15-25 hours per week, depending on workload.

Compensation: Starting pay is $20 per hour during the training period. Once fully ramped up, pay will transition to a performance-based structure.

Required qualifications:

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (you’ll need this to get from job to job), and liability car insurance.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders or at heights.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
