Winery Manager - South Hills Mall

Our Store Manager is responsible for providing amazing customer service and utilizing our specialized sales process, weekly inventory counts, coaching and developing staff, planning and marketing special events and social media. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide amazing customer-centric experiences for all guests.
• Utilize our specialized sales process to achieve personal and company goals
• Merchandise the store and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Keep accurate weekly inventory counts
• Develop and coach staff to reach store performance expectations
• Network to develop professional relationships with local business for cross promotion.
• Day to day operations of a retail store: scheduling, payroll hour reports, hiring, training,
