Must attend Calvary Chapel Viera Campus with regular attendance.
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing programs and activities that support the spiritual growth and community engagement of women within the church.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consider all details for planning events, activities, and classes (1 Corinthians 14:40)
• Facilitate small groups
• Provide mentorship and guidance to women’s ministry volunteers and women in the church community (Acts 20:28)
• Collaborate with other church ministries to integrate women's ministry activities into the broader church mission (Philippians 2:3)
• Evaluate the effectiveness and provide support of established groups. (ex. Mom’s for Mom’s & Crafters)
• Maintain regular communication with participants through newsletters, social media, and church announcements (1 Peter 4:10)
• Manage the women's ministry budget and resources effectively. (Luke 14:28)
• Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings as determined by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus, demonstrating Godly character in every area of ministry and life (Col 3:23)
• A clear calling from the Lord to lead women
• Actively involved in the ministry at CCV
• Effective communicator who can mentor and teach others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Colossians 4:6)
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through on assignments

• Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings in coordination with direct
supervisor
• Demonstrate a mature, ongoing personal relationship with Jesus through spiritual and moral integrity
• Strong commitment to the vision and mission of Calvary Chapel Melbourne
