Wound Care - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Department: Wound Care

Status Hours: Part-time, 32 hours bi-weekly

Shift: 1st Shift, Some flexibility with start times

Job Summary:

As a Wound Care LPN, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to patients in the Wound Clinic. Responsibilities include assisting with patient rooming, performing wound management tasks under provider or RN direction, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every patient. This is a team-driven environment where your contributions help preserve mobility and enhance quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient examinations and wound care under provider or RN direction 
• Perform delegated wound management duties within scope of practice 
• Room patients and gather relevant clinical information 
• Document care and support provider workflows using EMR 
• Participate in hyperbaric training and certification (online 40-hour course)

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio 
• Wound care experience preferred 
• Hyperbaric or diving experience a plus—or willingness to obtain training 
• Personable, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor 
• EMR experience preferred
