X-Ray Technologist - Part-time

We are searching for a part-time X-Ray Technologist to join our team at our High Point office.

Our ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and produce high-quality images under all regulations and standards under AART.

Flexibility is a must, as this role will include both weekday and weekend shifts. 

Part-Time Radiologic Technician/Medical Assistant Job Duties:

• Warmly greet and room patients
• Accurately take patient history and document it in EMR
• Explaining procedures to patients
• Perform X-rays as directed by the provider
• Run the C-arm for injections
• Dispense medication as instructed by the provider
• Act as liaison between providers and patients
• Receive orders and navigate through electronic medical records (EMA) to completion
• Understand and properly operate the digital radiologic equipment and control panel
• Adheres to infection control/safety guidelines
• Compliance with patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensuring patient safety
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• ARRT Registered in Radiography is a must
• 1+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn is a Must
• Should be proficient in image analysis
• Great interpersonal skills
• State license and certification to practice
