Yard Attendant

Are you hands-on, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors? Aaction Rents is looking for a Part-Time Yard Attendant to help keep our equipment and yard areas clean, organized, and ready for action. If you’re someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload equipment for customers
   
• Demonstrate basic equipment operation (we’ll train you!)
   
• Follow our “ready to rent” procedures to prep gear
   
• Keep the yard, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
   
• Support team tasks as assigned
   
• Provide excellent customer service at every turn

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record
   
• Solid communication and customer service skills
   
• Basic mechanical knowledge (tools, lawn & garden, or construction equipment is a plus)
   
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
   
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
   
• A team player who takes direction well and works independently when needed
   
• High school diploma or equivalent
