How will you have an impact in this role?

This position will mainly be responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance and will provide an outstanding customer experience by meeting the customer’s needs and demonstrating technical competence. You will always be a champion of the Landus GPS and the Landus Way- Agility, Courage, Teamwork and Speed (A.C.T.S)

How will you have an impact in this role?

• Lawn and yard care:
• Mows and weed-eats lawns
• Cleans and maintains flower beds and landscaping
• Customer Service Specialist:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs.
• Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing, sampling, grading and ticketing)
• Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized.
• Adhere to Landus Cooperative’s safety policies and procedures.
• Champion of safety compliance throughout organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Ability to safety operate a push mower, riding mower, weed eater, and other hand tools.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
