Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8.

Looking for a fun and flexible job? Join Soccer Shots and be the best part of a child’s week.

Currently searching for 3 coaches for the new season that can coach the following:


  • Must currently live in the Bloomington area 

Who We Are:



  • We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs. 

  • We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season.

The Job:



  • Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.

  • Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.

  • Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.

  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.

  • Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.

  • Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes.

  • Follow safety and attendance protocols.

  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.


Hiring Process:



  • Apply with your resume

  • 10 minute phone interview

  • Observation of a Soccer Shots class 

  • Demo session (you coach an activity / games)

  • Job Offer


Qualifications:



  • No prior sports/coaching experience required (We provide paid training).

  • Energetic, reliable, organized.

  • Drivers license. 

  • Access to reliable transportation (car).

  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.

  • High school degree.
