We are Super Soccer Stars of Phoenix-East Valley – where every kid is a soccer star! Our mission is to empower children through the game of soccer, teaching fundamentals in a fun, active, and supportive environment.

We’re hiring energetic, outgoing coaches to lead soccer classes for kids ages 18 months–12 years. Classes are on some weekday afternoons between the hours of 2pm–4:30pm.

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, energetic attitude and genuine love for working with kids.

Coaching or playing experience in soccer is a plus (but not required).

Reliable transportation to travel between class locations.

Availability Monday–Friday afternoons (2–5pm).

Your Role:

Lead dynamic, age-appropriate soccer classes.

Follow our proven curriculum to keep kids engaged, active, and having fun.

Communicate effectively with teachers and parents.

Create a safe and supportive environment for all players.

Requirements:

Must be enthusiastic, reliable, and professional.

Physically able to actively play and demonstrate soccer drills.

Committed to being on time and bringing the energy to every class.

This is a part-time role with up to 6 hours/week. If you’re ready to share your love of soccer and inspire kids every afternoon, we’d love to have you on our team!

Compensación: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
