Join Our Team as a Part-Time Soccer Coach!

At Super Soccer Stars, we believe in imaginative learning through physical activity, and we need passionate individuals like you to help us build kids’ confidence and social skills.

What We Offer:

• Flexible, part-time hours – work up to 10-12 hours a week, with competitive pay ranging from $20–$30 per hour after on-field training.
• Fun and meaningful work – you’ll help kids ages 2-8+ develop social skills, teamwork, and the fundamentals of soccer, all while creating a positive, stress-free, and fun learning environment.
• Prewritten lesson plans and videos – we provide the tools you need, so you can focus on what matters most – engaging with the kids and having fun!
• Supportive coaching team – you’ll work in a collaborative environment with ongoing training and feedback to help you grow as a coach.

What We’re Looking For:

• Love for working with kids – Whether you're an experienced sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or have worked with kids in any capacity, we want to hear from you!
• A passion for teaching – This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in early childhood education, child development, or just having a blast while making a difference.
• Reliability and positivity – We value punctuality, organization, and a friendly, encouraging attitude that helps kids thrive.
• Access to reliable transportation – You’ll travel to schools across North and South Austin, so a car is a must (mileage compensation included for travel).

Schedule:

• Choose between Monday to Friday afternoons (2:30pm–5:00pm), with optional Saturday mornings (8:30am–11:30am) for camps and events.

Location:
Classes are held at schools across Austin and surrounding areas. Depending on your location, you may need to travel up to 25-30 minutes, with mileage compensation provided.
