Table Host (Part-Time | Saturdays Only) – Be the Face of i9 Sports!

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Type: Part-Time Contractor
Schedule: Saturdays only (6–7 week seasons)
Location: Locations vary by season within Utah County

Are you a people person who loves creating positive experiences?
Join i9 Sports as a Table Host and become the main point of contact for players, coaches, and families during our weekend leagues. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes participants, manages check-ins, handles merchandise and concession sales, and keeps the day running smoothly.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, are detail-oriented, and want to earn extra income in a lively sports environment.

Schedule & Season Commitment:

Part-time role, Saturdays only

Seasons last approximately 6–7 consecutive weeks

Full Saturday availability is required for the entire season

Partial availability will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Greet coaches, players, and families and manage timely check-in process

Sell merchandise and concessions to members during events

Monitor the daily schedule and communicate updates as needed

Keep detailed notes on league operations, including attendance, issues, and inventory needs

Manage inventory and communicate supply needs to management

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Assist with general event setup and teardown as needed

Requirements:

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling cash and sales transactions

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Own a smartphone with internet access

Must pass a National Criminal Background Check

Reliable transportation to various Utah County locations

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
