Job Summary: We are looking for a part-time receptionist in our Toyota showroom. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering professionally answering phones an routing them to the correct person and greeting and assisting customers. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

This position would be perfect for a college student, mom or semi-retired person only wanting part-time work. The hours for this position are 12:30 - 7:00 pm on Fridays, 8:30 - 5:00 pm every other Saturday with the potential of Thursday night hours and the off Saturday working in Lexus from 7:30 - noon.
