Job Description: AutoNation is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This position will allow you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience while still contributing to the growth and success of our company. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and assisting with the development and implementation of business growth strategies.

Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events - Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients - Assist with the development and implementation of business growth strategies - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead generation and conversion - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement - Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Excellent planning and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
