Job Description - Inside Sales Representative - Part-Time

HeadHuntable LLC provides job security for the technology industry, specializing in autonomous job searching and career coaching. We are a quickly growing start-up company (recently featured on Hollywood Life) looking to get 2 sales representatives who can help us get more clients and serve them better!

 

JOB OVERVIEW

We specialize in helping technology professionals secure their dream jobs without the hassle of tons of paperwork and filing. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, setting appointments, and closing sales. You are also expected to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.

 

ROLE

  • The inside sales representative is a crucial member of the organization, directly contributing to the success of the business.
  • This role involves closing inbound deals, accurate reporting to the CEO, identifying potential issues in the sales process, and communicating these to the CEO.
  • The sales representative is also responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue, contributing to the overall goals and plans for the organization’s growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Report individual sales metrics to the CEO
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline and follow the lead generation plans that have been developed to align with company and revenue growth objectives
  • Participate in onboarding and training programs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, closing deals, etc.
  • Experience conducting sales calls and setting appointments in a virtual setup
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Strong negotiation and decision making skills
  • Has emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability

 

PARTICULARS:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Commission based for the first month (20% commission)
  • Earn up to 400k salary
  • 1 week Sales Cycle
  • Flexible work hours, part-time
  • Work remotely
  • Growth and advancement opportunities within the company

This job has the following work schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 10 to 20 hours / week
