• Worksite Location: Preferably St. Cloud, MN (Twin Cities area acceptable for monthly on-site visits, remote eligible)
• Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
• Hours: 20-25 hours per week

What you'll do as the HR Consultant: 

• Create and design a comprehensive DE&I toolkit for local employers
• Provide leadership development and strategic consulting services
• Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and policy implementation
• Conduct research on current trends in recruitment, retention, and DE&I policies
• Review existing HR practices and provide guidance to improve them
• Work with a coalition of leaders, nonprofit partners, and Fortune 500 companies
• Develop and implement HR systems for the nonprofit organization
• Assist in placing individuals from diverse backgrounds with partner companies

What you’ll bring to the HR Consultant role:

• Background in HR, leadership development, or related fields
• 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in both nonprofit and corporate settings
• Strong research, design, and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in DE&I practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
