ACG_1881_JOB Our client is a prestigious educational institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: 1. Brand Marketing Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop a research-driven, long-term brand strategy, enhancing brand positioning and equity. Lead the creation and execution of branding and marketing campaigns aligned with the brand strategy to boost brand awareness. Oversee product marketing initiatives across touchpoints to meet business goals and respond to market trends. Guide the branding team in building a consistent brand image and enhancing brand presence across channels. Partner with digital teams to deploy campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand reputation and drive leads. Conduct market and brand health research to inform brand, marketing, and recruitment strategies. 2. Event Management & Others Collaborate with various departments to create a thorough annual event plan that aligns with the brand marketing strategy to reinforce brand strategy and business objectives. Direct the event team in implementing events and brand activation initiatives, ensuring innovative approaches and seamless execution. Oversee marketing budget management and allocation planning, cultivate a skilled and cohesive Brand Marketing team, and fulfill other assigned duties and responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, PR, or related fields; 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, PR, and communications; Exceptional Vietnamese writing skills and advanced English language proficiency; Effective communication: actively listens and enhances interpersonal communication quality in diverse settings; Leadership: delegates, inspires, supports, and guides team members, earning trust and respect; Teamwork & Collaboration: works effectively with others to achieve team objectives; Planning & Organizing: plans, organizes, and manages time, budget, and resources efficiently with attention to detail; Problem Solving & Decision-Making: analyzes situations, evaluates solutions, guides team members, and makes decisions when necessary; Creative Thinking & Innovation: initiates new and improved approaches beyond current practices; Benefits Additional month's salary as Tet bonus for Vietnamese candidates; Yearly adjustment for cost of living; Annual salary increments and bonuses contingent on performance; 20 days of annual leave, along with Christmas closure, public holidays, and 5 days of paid sick leave; Relocation stipend to cover visa, flights, and initial accommodation expenses.
