Job Description ACG_1952_JOB Our client is a leading lodging service provider who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Develop and implement a regional digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall branding and business goals. Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and successful execution of digital campaigns and initiatives. Leverage data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize customer segmentation, and personalize marketing communications. Enhance online visibility and expand the company's reach through effective organic and paid search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media strategies. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative digital initiatives, strategic partnerships, and collaborations that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains a leader in digital marketing innovations. Lead the implementation and optimization of web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website performance and user behavior, enabling informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage. A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry. Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns, with demonstrated tangible results and positive impact on business goals. Strong leadership capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve high performance and foster innovation. Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics. Experience in customer segmentation and personalization strategies, using data-driven insights to tailor marketing communications and enhance customer engagement. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making and evaluate campaign effectiveness. A strategic thinker with a creative and innovative approach to achieving business objectives. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
