Description The opportunityThis role reports to Head of Partnership Strategy & Business Development to deliver insights and reporting to senior management on sales campaign performance, compensation trends of the industry and best practices of compensation & campaign to senior management and stakeholders. This role leads and drives high team performance to understand the business context and collaborate with sales leaders and other key stakeholders, develops and implements compensation & campaign plans, ensures all the approved compensation & campaigns are launched in a timely manner, conducts research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness.Responsibilities1. To lead and drive high team performance to:Understand the business context and collaborate with sales leaders and other key stakeholders (Bank partners) to understand business goals, sales strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to design effective sales compensation & campaign plans.Develop and implement compensation & campaign plans to motivate and reward the sales teams (internal MVL sales force & external bank staff) for achievement of sales targets, business quality metrics and strategic KPIs Drive compensation and campaign approval processes including regular direct communication and alignment with senior C-Suite stakeholders Ensure all the approved compensation & campaigns are launched in a timely manner, are well-monitored and robustly reported on Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales compensation & campaigns plans and make recommendations for improvements as post launch review stageOversee timely and accurate campaign and compensation payment process, collaborating with HR and Finance business partners Proactively plan and manage campaign and compensation budgetsDeliver insights and reporting to senior management on sales campaign performance, compensation trends of the industry and best practices of compensation & campaign to senior management and stakeholders2. Periodic ad-hoc projects or initiatives as requested by the senior management team.3.
