ACG_1854_JOB[HN/HCMC] Our client is a rising fintech company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:​Manage all initiatives and strategies aimed at business growth and attainment of company sales targets.Develop sales plans including forecasting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for the Board of Directors to aid in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget allocation, and strategic decision-making.Identify and secure new clients while overseeing all stages of deal execution, from account development to contract negotiation and closure.Cultivate relationships with employer partners through networking, ongoing support, and ensuring their sustained success.Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline forecasts, business impact, and feedback from employer partners.Deliver presentations, webinars, and demonstrations to educate employer partners on the corporation’s value proposition.Establish and nurture partnerships with key customers both internally and externally.
