Responsibilities: Serve as the HR Head for Vietnam/HCMC, overseeing all human resources functions. Ensure compliance with labor requirements and regulations, staying updated on any changes and implementing necessary adjustments. Collaborate closely with the HCM factory head to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and Mandarin to support bilingual communication within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and Mandarin. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software. Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
