Job Description - HR Operations Assistant Manager - Urgent Hire

A / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L'Oréal VNPayroll operations: (%)Work with related payroll vendors to ensure qualified and smooth payroll operations. Makes modifications on HR system to update employee’s withholding information such as tax status, direct deposit enrollment or changes.Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations policies and regulations.Interacts with management to resolve payroll related problems.Employees process (%): in charge for onboarding, offboarding process of employees, ensure employees experiences, correct data and smooth operation. Maintain the employees’ database.Employees benefits (%): together with line manager to build plan, budget and organize benefits programs based on L’Oreal global standard. Expats management (%): manage and consult expats about labor contract, work permit, TRC, salary and benefit. Engage directly in onboarding/ offboarding process of expats. Work with related team (purchasing, division assistants, regional vendors,etc) to ensure expats benefits provided on time (house rental, car rental, etc.).Additional duties as assigned (%)B/ Most important qualifications, background and experience:Knowledge and experiences of payroll administration, procedures, and systems, prefer at least years working experiences in payroll and C&B at multinational companies.Labor Law/ Local & PIT Tax Law/ Customer service skill.Ability to work independently. Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast paced working environment. Well organized, able to handle many tasks at same time.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, for both Vietnamese and English.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint.
