Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Align HR strategies, policies, and programs with unit strategy and business priorities to enhance unit performance. Utilize resources effectively to provide HR solutions that positively impact unit performance. Anticipate organizational changes and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency while attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Identify talent needs and provide training programs to equip employees with new knowledge and skills to meet evolving business requirements. Advise on organizational structure design/modification to align resources with strategic goals. Serve as HR representative for a group of units, facilitating communication and support between business units and HR division. Implement HR strategies and plans to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness. Provide guidance on talent management within the organization. Support measures to improve employee commitment and effectiveness, promoting business activities and financial efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and develop talent within business units, fostering a new generation of leaders. Provide consultation and support for HR activities across all units, including talent attraction, development, and retention. Organize disciplinary reviews and rewards for employees, and support unit leaders in conflict resolution. Contribute to job description development, position assessment, and performance evaluation processes. Coordinate with unit leaders to assess employee performance and develop personalized training plans. Identify and address risks related to personnel changes and human factors in business activities. Guide unit leaders in managing organizational change effectively. Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure accurate personnel information updates. Gather feedback from units to improve HR policies, processes, and guidelines. Promote behaviors and competencies aligned with organizational culture and professional HR management. Provide leadership and people management training for managers through unit-based HR activities. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR business partnerships and talent management. Work experience at reputable organizations or of equivalent size is a plus. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage HR data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
